The Scandia-Marine Lions Club meets two times each month with meals offered at both meetings (included in your club dues).

In addition to club meetings, the Scandia-Marine Lions participate in numerous service events and activities every month. These events may include:

• Serving food at community events

• Handing out dictionaries to local elementary school students

• Hosting quarterly blood drives

• Doing road cleanups

• Packing food for children who are starving overseas

• Coordinating BINGO games

• Recycling can, eyeglasses, and hearing aids

For those Lions who are involved with major events (e.g., Taco Daze), there are committee meetings that are held 1-2 times per month, with weekly meetings as the event nears.
